Welcome! My name is James and I started making effect pedals and tube amps sometime around 2003. Somewhat out of curiosity but mostly out of necessity. At the time the amps and pedals I wanted were priced too high in the used market, the reissue versions of the old amps and pedals didn't sound right, and all the boutique builds were out of my reach. So I started making the amps and pedals I wanted and occasionally would do a build for a friend.

In late 2016 I decided to start selling pedals offering three different circuits hand built on vero board and also offering build services for any of the kits or PCB's available. Since then I have built dozens of custom pedals and have 7 products in regular production with hundreds of units sold with many more in the works. Custom builds still happen regularly.
